Dear all, Rain World Tour Thailand concert date has been postponed to 2-3 June 2007 according to the organizer. I will post another followup on the new Thailand concert details. Thx for alerting me OLDFAN.

Thailand concert scheduled on February 3-4, 2007 is postponed due to the reason below.
There were nine serial bomb terror on December 31st in Bangkok, leaving three people dead and 38 people injured.
There’s another coup expected in March and April.
Therefore, the Thailand government has fomally requested that all concerts and events where many people gather to be postponed
due to the bomb terror threat.

Yes folks, the details of Rain World Tour has been released for Thailand. It will be held at Impact Arena, Bangkok on Feb 3rd.
This is the seating plan of Impact Arena:
Just look at the sheer size of the concert hall, if they really seat every Rain’s fan into the concert hall, that will be 12000 fans all under one roof thank you very much.
Ticket price is at 800 / 1500 / 2500 / 3500 / 5000 baht. Roughly US$22 to US$140.
Ticket will be available for booking fromn Dec 23 at Major Ticketing Center (MTC),Major ceniplex gr.,EGV,Grand EGV,Parago Ceniplex or call (66)02-515-5555. Otherwise, go to majorcineplex if you want to book online (make sure you can navigate THAI website

I’m so upset! My friend and I are from Australia and we tried to book for Rain’s concert tickets today so that we could get the best seats but the online booking website is so confusing that we couldnt figure out how to nagivate it! We also brought phone cards so that we could call up and buy the tickets but it was an automated service that spoke in Thai, is there any way you can help us to book online?????

I’ve an extra pair of 2×1500baht tix to sell away. My fren, who is working with Impact Arena got me 2 tix (good seats) while I managed to purchase it online. Thus, there’s a double booking now.

I’ve juz heard of this sad news too. My friend and I hv actually bought air-tickets to fly into BKK to see Rain’s live concert and counting down to the number of days left. Real disappointment. Sorry to say this but I think most likely will be postponed….. haiiz….

Haiz, yes it was on the bangkok papers. Me too have bought air tickets to fly into bkk..and counting down to it. Have went through much hassle in the beginning to buy those tickets. And now it’s postponed. Seriously hate those bomb attackers on NYE man. It wouldn’t be postponed if it is not for their acts. So disappointed!!!

Heard that Rain will stay at Pathumwan Princess Hotel. Not sure how true it’s. Below is the information that I get from website.
